			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>October 30th was my eldest son, <a href="http://www.pattymalone.com" target="_blank">Patrick&#8217;s</a> birthday and for School that day, he asked me to make some of his Nanny&#8217;s (my mum) Cup Cakes for school to share with his class. As we were having his actual party on the Sunday after this date, I decided to put some together to make a Cup Cake Birthday Cake.</p>
<p>Everyone loved it, and I reckon it looks quite good if I do say so myself.</p>
